Nice balance of foreground, middleground and sky (though I might be tempted to crop just a bit off the top to make the mountains look bigger).

My initial reaction was to point a lack of contrast in the background, but it is obviously a deliberated choice, associating the mountains to the soft light of the sky rather than to the valley's shadows. This contrast is superb, almost magic.
