Hi Sarah, thank you for your nice comment on my Hobbit/daughter/wish she was tall enough to be an elf.:) When the first Lord of the Rings movie was out, we had a friend from the Netherlands come over to Texas to see it with us. He bought the ears with him...so I imagine they are available in Europe or even online. She has also found some here in a costume store. They were pretty realistic, well as realistic as pointy fake ears can be, I just photoshopped a little join that showed. I think she had covered them with makeup to match her skin tones. She was going to see the second movie when I took that photo.
This is a lovely capture, has a beautiful softness as do your others. You have a good eye for composition.
Hey Princess! I love this photo. I think you got the perfect focus...the background isn't a distraction (or maybe that's really a depth of field thing, but it's all ties together). Anyway, I think this shot has a great natural feel and I can't wait to see the other photos you take!
