The background is too busy. There is way too much color. It makes the image too hard to see. Wait....That's what I really like about this image...I think you've broken every "standard" here. And it works really well. Even her fingernails are great. I like the peircings too. They make it her, and not just anyone else. Added to my faves.

I happen to like piercings, but it's a shame where she's got it done. The one underneath her left eyebrow looks like it's infected or being rejected. It should be on the eyebrow, not underneath. The lip piercings just look terrible. She's got such a beautiful face, too. Her face, eyes, and lips are gorgeous. You did a wonderful job with this location shot. I like the bluish tone throughout.
