I had these flowers in my garden in Colorado, I always had to fight to the bees to shoot them. Lovely colors.

This is really beautiful. The flowers are so sharp, and so well arranged and framed. My eye just flits from one to the next noting the subtle differences between them. I don't think there was any need to make the focus zone more shallow, although I might have been tempted to try that. The background leaves are slightly softer, and that does help to give the image a sense of depth. But it can so easily be overdone. Better to have these beautiful flowers all so exquisitely sharp!
