I find this to be an interesting contrast in people 'types'. At first glance you may think "what's the big deal? A few people in a crosswalk?"
But when I looked closer I really liked the way the two women are book-ended by the two men. Also, the fact that the women are so fashionably dressed in comparison to the men-one in denim, the other obviously in military garb. The eye contact between the 'soldier' and the woman on the right is interesting too. I do think the woman on the right needs to think about carrying a more sensible pocket book. The one she has looks to be quite burdensome-lol.
Exposure seems to be about right for the scene.
Nit-picks?
1. The man on the left is a little too far into the frame and is blocking too much of the woman on the left. I would have been a wee bit more effective imho if you had caught this just a second earlier.
2. DOF is too deep. If DOF was shallower you would lessen the distraction of the background (car, trashcan, etc.)somewhat. However, I realize this is difficult to do with that type of camera.
