About	This small fly is about 1/8th of an inch long. Used 68mm of extension (Kenko Tubes) to reduce minimum focus. Ambient light only, early morning, tripod and patience.

Amazing macro to say the least. colors are superb. I really like the sharpness. wonder what would happen If I took my lens and put it on my extension belows ! Congrates on the macro. and your patience. jimc

Rick, the background is natural. I was in a grass field and the shallow DOF with the long lens created this matte look. When shooting macros I am very selective with what's in the background. Distracting backgrounds can ruin a macro shot.
