I don't really know what to say on this, but since you've had 36 views and no comments, I'll contribute what I can.

Crop the image out of the negative, it's a distraction and adds nothing to the image. In my opinion there's too much light and white. I know you wanted the models hand to be the only thing in focus but the very hot flash keeps my eyes darting back to her face. You've also got a distracting shadow on your background from the flash.

Try this again without the too bright flash, I think it's a great concept.
