Nice ! It is always difficult to photograph tiny flying animals like these... they do not sit still and you do not have much time to think :) I like the colour rendition and the tonal range. Contrast is nice. The bee is exactly in the centre of the frame, and its body is aligned with the vertical. Maybe next time you could place it off-centre, this is often a better choice. Good that a flower is right behind the bee. It may have gone lost in the black background otherwise. In this photo, the flowers in the lower right are the brightest. I would lower their tone somewhat (in PS or so). Since they are the brightest and since their background is the darkest, they become a big focal point. The 2 branches move diagonally to the upper edge. My eye always wants to follow them straight out of the frame. I think a vertical composition , possibly with the crossing point of the two branches would have been better.
