About Location: Valensole, Provence, France.

During a brief two week excursion to France with my family I had the opportunity to sneak off at dawn and sunset to this little area around valensole which was inundated with some very fine lavender fields. On this occasion it was the lonesome Oak tree on the brow of a hill that caught my attention its isolation pleases me greatly.

Simple its the brow of a hill, the horizon is tilted, straighten the hill and the tree falls over.
