Excellent composition. But the body language the person in not jelling with the mood and theme of the picture. You can work on this composition once again.

Excellent compostion .... yes u should have waited for some more time or should have taken a few more shots .... But to my suggestion the contrast of his emotions could have been more emphasized if you could have included those long towers/pillars he is sitting by... the vast emptyness sorounding the man .... But i don't know about the limitations there.May be there were more figures and you had to crop to this area...I think as a viewer do we really need to go that far about whether he is texting or whether he is watching something ...The point should be the composition and his unique sitting posture ...If that doesn't establish the mood and the feeling those trivial things will also not ...
I like the shot ...

Yah I am sure that he was not texting :) actually i was passing by him and when i looked back i saw that he was watching a pic...of a girl... in his mobile in a very sad mood :( may be she was his girl friend.
then i came back and took a pic. but i agree that the body language is not going with the mood. its completely my inefficiency :)
but thanks anyway for the beautiful comment ...my friend :)

exactly what I was about to say, Sunset Man already said it here. the person's action/body language is very important for these shots. good compositions tend to fail because of lack of attention to these details.
