The low key appearance fits exactly the face expression of the young man who seems to be isolated from the events around him, deep in his thoughts. The restriction of the DoF on his face enhance this additionally by displaying such nice crispy details. And the timing couldn't have been better. Right on the critical split of a second! I am impressed also by the exact light balance that reproduced the light/hue transitions for a vivid depiction of the relief of his face.
Great and exact work, Aykaan! It could be a journalistic image for sports, but also a theater scene. You combined documentation and dramatic in a silent, not at all artificially exaggerated way. The image radiates authenticity but also the special atmosphere of the moment.
