You would think that multiple births would be less common, but we actually saw it quite a bit and with several species as well.

Hello Edward, and Happy New Year! I was drawn to this image, not knowing the familiar name. This is too cute for words. I would have thought 2 chicks would be unusual in such a harsh environment as Antarctica. Boy you sure do get around! And still taking amazing photographs. Lucky you have seen this fragile continent, it may change forever within our lifetime. Well done! CC
