Thanks Shirley, you are probably more capable than I with the removal of the branch behind. I did not even think to attempt it. I thought the DOF had it blurred enough but I see what you are saying and seeing. Thanks for the ideas.

Good seeing this curled dried leaf, Stan. I would probably have used my software to eliminate at least the virtical line in the background, but still a lovely photo.:)

Ok, I'll tell ya honest... hehehe
The comp is 2nd to none and the DOF works for me as well, but this in not a macro lens... ;)
A little more detail and a little less grain would make me happy... LMAO

Thanks Malules, I am glad you liked this. It was outside of a hotel I was staying in. I shot a couple of sunset pictures from the balcony and then went down to the parking lot and found this leaf hanging on by the hotel fence.
