Caro amigo Jorge! Assim como esse retrato amigo... sinto-me um velho amigo seu ! Já te disse uma vez... e que as outras pessoas queridas não se sentam desmerecidas, aguardo com sede seus comentários totalmente irreverentes! Um dos prazeres que a vida me daria ... seria um dia poder conhece-lo pessoalmente amigo Portuga! Música... vou dizer algo que não sabem aqui... sou colecionador de discos ...desde 1968 :)))) haja tempo! Do vinil ao cd.... minha vida é música pura... até quando estou a tirar fotos... pois no carro ela me acompanha. Estou agora a escutar Charlie Watts num dos seus cds de jazz " Warm & Tender " . Um grande domingo meu amigo!!

The portrait is okay, has a lot of detail but Mary Bell is right about the red skin tones. Something should be done but I am not sure about what... I think also that this portrait could work well in B&W. Regards.

A good, strong portrait. Regarding Mrs Bell comment, you could try downloading CleanSkinFx from the Internet. Ir?s free and does an automatic job, clearing only the skin, automatically.

Jorge, I think I've pinpointed one of the problems I have with your portraits and I am not sure if it is you or the camera - I am sure that my personal taste interferes....
The skintones are too red imo. Perhaps it is because I have red skintone and I try to minimize it so much that I find myself sensitive to it in portraits.
That said this is a strong portrait. What is particularly captivating is the directness of his gaze.
