How is this done?

so first I wanted to do the right HDR I take three Raw-a + / - 1exp then with dynamic photo make hdr and than add B/W Orton effect and looks like it was taken with IR film , I like result .You ? :-)

Nevertheless, one recognizes fast that here with an IR film was worked, and the conversion does not look so being convincing, nevertheless, completely because the creation works a little bit like abfotografiert.
