Another good shot Naren.. I see that you are using Canon Elan II, i use Canon Elan IIe.. for most of my shots presented on this forum. Of course now i use Nikon Coolpix.. for flowers..

John, I agree about the Trans America pyramid. But this was the widest I could go physically to avoid the pillar.. I probably could have tried some other vantage point.. but light was fading fast...
Emma, you are right about the water.. I metered the shot based on the city, and there was still some light reflecting in the waters which came of as bright. After the devlopment, I realized that the photo was tilted slighlty, so I corrected it using PS.. and did not do a good job..

Any photo of San Francisco gets my approval, I love the city. The water in the photo seems too bright to me and there's a small amount of colour distortion (for want of a better way to put it) on each side. Otherwise great.

Nice SF shot! Seems like it could be just slightly nicer if you were to level the waterfront line at the water, and if it had been possible to take the shot without the TransAmerica pyramid lined up with the caisson of the Bay Bridge?
