I think this is Leili !
I believe neither this kind of over-hijab ! nor anti-hijab is in line with human rights when is obligatory.
I think if a lady freely decide to cover herself this way its good and logic.
About the photo, I prefer a vertical frame and a blurred background.

I had the pleasure of living one year in Riyahd and one year in Jeddah. Given the fact, I found the ladies in Jeddah most exciting. They had fashionable and sometimes 'sexy' and semi transparant veils and used all kinds of hands and eye make up and teased us with flirting. Of course no chance being a christian from the west ;-)
