thank you for the good input you gave to me,this was a hurried post,the original idea of the proud city,was to desaturated the whole city,and keeping the red flag with its normal color,I will reconsider that in next time,my regards,

Very nice point of view for this image. I think it could be improved still with a little saturation of those red roofs, and a bit of contrast as well. It would really stand out more.
