Thanks Andre, this old place was on private ground. Just a shame to see a viable structure ignored. The cows seemed to like it, they found the front door!! I hope the church has better luck. The siding looked like it was in good shape. Be well, stan

Hi Stan, I came across this one of yours just now. I think you would be pleased to know that the old church that I just did the windows series on is now an historic site that is not allowed to be torn down in the face of approaching new developments. There is also a small cemetary beside the church. So that probably has something to do with it being saved. I'm sure it will be restored some day.

Dave, I work construction and it always bothers me to some structure as nice as this to go down the tubes. Done a lot of restoration of 100 year old homes in my area and just cannot save enough of them. Regards, Stan

Good capture of the desolation and ruin of this old house, Stan! You've certainly conveyed the scene very well, and yes, it is a shame it can't be saved and used when so many people don't even have shelter. Dave.
