I´m very sorry to hear that, Donald. Life doesn´t always treat us the way we expected to. My father died two years ago much too early in life from cancer and I have two non-verbal braindamaged sisters at the stage of one year old children, so I know about heartache. The UF-photographer Michele Carlsen from Oregon( a great woman) has a mother with lupus. Maybe you could exchange some experiences and advice? Be well

Oh, I don't know when my portfolio will grow. I hardly have the time. My wife has lupus and is almost an invalid some of the time. That plus the work with our church keeps me kinda tied up. I have not been out taking pictures in a long time. Thanks. Donald

Yes, and for us Europeans it´s only natural:-) It´s nice having remains from one´s history because then you can connect with the past in a more vivid way, learn more and also try to become more aware of the present that is built on the past so to speak. Thank you very much for commenting, Donald. I look at your portfolio from time to time wondering when it will grow?:-)

Great use of Depth of Field. 12 Century? It is hard for us Americans to relate to that, we had not been 'discovered' yet. Nice work Anne. Donald
