Very good portrait, fine choice of b/w, so very spontaneous and relaxed posed and fine facial expression ... aLi told you about some "rules" and he was right about this composition ... all in all so very good start ... wishing you wonderful journey, hug

Hi dear Sandhya.. first of all thanks again for your nice comment on my shot which led me towards your just established portfolio .. Welcome to usefilm :) I'm sure you will enjoy usefilm as it's a great site and we are a good community of people from all over the world ..
A nice shot to start with dear Sandhya .. I love the tones and contrasts of the picture.. the composition is pretty good too .. but IMHO it would have been perfect if your friends hand was included in the pic completly .. I guess it's one of the rules of portrait photography " don't cut off the subjects hand or foot from the joint" !!
anyway .. just a suggestion for improvement.. doesn't mean I'm right or anything .. and your photo is great anyways .. I mean really like it anyway :)
