It was harder than I imagined in this 5th year of drought. Waterfalls in this area are really water trickles at the best of times, I am not giving up though ( especially now that you are on my case!)
This weekend a Usefilm friend, Chris Perrin is coming up from Sydney (4 hours away) so I'll drag him a bit further afield.
Phillip Minnis (Check out his portfolio) has promised a photo expedition in Oct as well.
One thing is for sure...It won't be a sunrise shoot! Talk soon. CC

Thanks for the comment! No I didn't Photoshop the background. It was shot at f1.8 so the lens did all the work! It is 11:30 AM in the morning right now. Looks like we are 14 hours apart! Go to bed!

The detail in this is amazing! It seems unbelievable that you took this an hour ago, it is 1.30am where I live!
I really like the way the flower looks painted, especially the stalk. Did you do any pp work on the background? CC
