Amazing photo William, the long exposure even at 1 second works well and 'use' the city's lights to gives a fantastic unique brown sky and so a very nice reflection on the water, the result is excellent, icy texture of the water, beautiful buildings with nice lighting and nothing overexposed, fantastic quality, no grain, no noise, and sharpness EVEN at the boats, that is a great photo, absolutely perfect!

Beautiful tones and well done night exposure! The composition might improve if you were able to avoid bisecting the horizontal with the shoreline.

I like it. The building left is well shown (like the water running down the walls. A beauty and worthy of closer study.
