Thanks Doyle, very generous and insightful! See now...the LB is good for something besides blurry images. Love the fact that you have gone from disliking LB shots to waffling back and forth...progress my friend, progress.

Exquisite! I keep getting pulled back and forth on that lensbaby . . . apparently there are a few very good applications it can be used to handle . . . One moment I'm just diggin' what it can do . . . another and I'm wondering why use it?
Here it works in incredibly accenting the spot-on focus in that beautiful eye . . . pulling it above the rest even more than a shallow DOF could ever have done. The droplets . . . pool, sweat or both, makes no difference . . . add a new dimension. They seem to bring back an iconic image of young boys out enjoying the summer as they have from the beginning of time. Well . . . all my life anyway. It has this Norman Rockwell feel of the typical youngster . . .

:) Both Onie...pretty hot the last few days, he just climbed out of the pool, and I was lucky enough to get him to stop for a few seconds...the boy is constantly moving! Doesn't like to cooperate when I have the camera...he even tells me "pictures aren't free you know". :)

:))) Colins' skin looks moist plus the droplets... either hot or swimming maybe...
Love the softness here, the tones playing with the summer light and shadow is great... PoF with the lensbaby on his right eye/nose bridge, almost gives him *two faces*...
I like Robin... Well, yes... I do like you, BUT I really like this also... ~~GRIN~~...
