So I had a great front row seat for the fire works over the Queen Mary, but to our surprise the fire works were now behind us. There wasn't enough time to find a new spot so this is the best I could get.
I like this shot very much -- the silhouettes of the trees make this unique, and your timing was great. This is clear and sharp as a tack. Excellent color. I think I'd prefer just a tad less black sky at the top, as it dominates the image a bit as strong as it is. We watched the same fireworks display from the Peninsula. We got a bang out of the happy faces! Antonia
I like this shot -- the silhouettes of the trees make for a unique perspective. The image is sharp as a tack, and the timing is excellent. It so happens I watched these from the Peninsula, we had a "room with a view," unobstructed, and the comfort of no crowds and a chilled bottle of wine. We loved the happy faces.
