Maria - I find it impossible to remember specific motions for specific shots (unless it is something very simple like one spin). Instead I remember collections of motions from which I might draw in order to create new shots.

James- I like this one a lot too; I wish i could remember the motions I put the camera through to get this sort of result. As with the boarder, I tried to pick a color that would contrast well with the black and red.
