Love the separation from the background... each little flower stands out so well. I would have liked a little more DOF so that the leftmost flower was perfectly sharp.. with 1/90th of a second I wouldn't think that wind would be the problem, but you never know!
Anyways, nice colour scheme and great framing of these flowers.

Very beautiful image,Bob,with fantastic colours and nice composition, but it would be better if all the flowers were in focus. And why is it only 365x375? Regards,Kostas

I really like your composition. You nailed the focus on two out of three flowers, but just missed on the third. I would like it better if you used all your allotted 640 pixels in each direction!

Lovely composition of this Aquilegia, Bob.
thank you for your comment on my "Growing Older" flower. I only use two halogen desklamps for all my flowershots. :-)

The thumbnail on this is just as striking as the image. The colors are beautiful and your DOF has really enhanced this. I agree that the flower on the left could use a bit of sharpening, but the overall image is simply lovely.

Hi Bob! Thanks for your comment and explanation! You are right, the whole image should be blurry if it was camera shake I guess. Perhaps it was the wind? Or condensation in camera? Mystical case... haha. Well, it is a wonderful photo!!

Very beautiful! I really love the excellent colours, lightning is so perfect! Nice clean background as well, and fantastic sharpness on the flowers to the right... But what happened with the left flower? That's so unsharp compared to the others.

A lovely composition and great contrast of colour...I might be tempted to try and sharpen the flower on my left as I view the picture
