I also use digital AND film; usually shoot Velvia 50. Provia worked well for you here. Seems we have a few things in common, since I look for monochromatic scenes like this as well. I've got two digital cameras and will acquire the Fuji S2 but no hurry. Tell me it that would be a mistake. Just needed one picture to comment on but all of your work is very good in my judgment.

The tone in this photo is wonderful. It is a tone that is oftened added for effect. Isn't it wonderful to be at the right place at the right time?
Maybe crop just a tad more from the right.
