1/80 @ F10 ISO 160.
The terrain did not allow for the perspective that you suggest and i was wanting to portray a view from the forest as when you just get a first glimpse after hearing that a water fall is somewhere just through the woods but you can't quite see it yet.

Nice picture Tim. The Fall colors realy stand out. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like you used a shutter speed of around one to two seconds and anaperture setting of around F22 or higher. The only thing I would do different is maybe take the picture more from the front view so the tree limbs don’t block the view of the stream.
