Hi Jacques,
it is hard to ignore the skies down there, as they are always doing something extreme. the winds are like hurricane force often. You will see local cars with bent doors from being flung open the wrong way. You really have to hold on when exiting the car. So the clouds really show that perspective due to the Lenticular formations created by extreme high winds at high altitude.
