Yes, the literature describes the way the midicine works. Nowadays of course the tests of some new pills are made so efficiently (;-)) that new pills go to market after some months of testing, which the pharmaceutical industry considers sufficient to guarantee that the medicine is OK. Of course the tests are continued also after flooding the market with some new wonderful medicine - only that then.... we are the testers! So let's take this undescribable honor that they give us by letting us participate to this scientific work! ;-) Oh, BTW, if some of us drop dead, then we can be sure that we died for completing the statistical investigations of pharmaceutical industries, and that they will be added to the endless lists of heroes of science.
And BTW too, statistics is used in such a scientific brilliance, that we only can stand in respect in front of results like: 33% of the used mice didn't show any reaction to the medicine, 33% died, and the third mouse run away! ;-) Any mathematician who needs a fridge to cool down when seeing how they use statistics, is only an eternal no-sayer. ;-)
It seems that we've taken the rules of marketing as more important than the laws of nature, but I am very confident that after some decades we might also recognize that the laws of nature do not seem to care that much about the wish for maximum profits and efficient marketing. ;-)
OK, I have to take my medicine against chronical cynicism now, and write down the results.
Best wishes,
Nick

beloved Nick, you open a argument much complex ... infinity of scientific literature exists one on the color every pill for particular pathology ... the compliance can help of the sick one ... but it is undeniable that the marketing also of the pharmaceutical industry ... thanks my friend regards

Indeed, Diego! Green pills, red pills, blue pills - and all of them cure something different, but all of them cure one thing in common too! The bank account of the pharmaceutical industry! ;-)
Best wishes,
Nick

You have a sense for the special scene, Diego! This is very realistic in its essence but has also many abstract elements. It could have done it into the pages of some documentary about the nowadays situation regarding drugs. A very expressive composition of some simple color spots in an otherwise almost colorless world.
Have a nice day,
Nick
