Marta, the things are much easyer to do than to tell.
I used a flash bounced in the ceililng and an home made softbox on 1/3 the left of the camera. The wall behind the model is blak.

Can you give me a hint how did you take that picture? I mean the foreground is perfectly exposed and the background is pitch black?
