Awesome Dave. The moon (to my eye) isn't completely round though . . . not sure if it's post work or something else . . . but the shot is lovely. Reminds me of the deck of a cruise ship!

hi, beautiful night shot no matter how you did it...only thing that looks a tad off on my monitor is the shape of moon and a bit of blurred smudgy look just under it...not a biggy,but i want the moon to be smoother along the edges ;>

Thanks, Shirley. Another inspired work by you know who. I didn't really notice at the time but since everyone thinks it is some kind of boat, this building full of small shops must have been designed to look like a cruise ship. Makes sense since it is on the water at Lake Havasu.

Thank you Martijn... I must admit, some post-processing work was done. Actually, the railing glow and the light on the building was the result of street lamps during the long exposure.

Thank you, Michele. Nope, wasn't on a boat, I was standing on the walk just off the London bridge (below).
As for pixel size 400? Nope, this one I just loaded at 800 wide. Are you talking about adding a photo to a comment? Are you sure you are not talking file size, because that is 400 max all the time but width max is 850.
Unless most of the little mice that run your wheel that drives the Internet connection are all off on Sundays, I can't see why you'd have a difference.

Excellent Dave... I love this. I used to spend winters in Lake Havasu. were you on or by a large boat for this shot ? Also do you know why on Sundays the images have to be 400pixels ??? This happened last Sunday too. I like mine to be 750 like usual , don't You ?
