About	Shop purchased orchids that had dye in their stems. Interesting colours! Shot against a reflector board but the late afternoon light on an overcast day was a bit weird so had to do some PS work to balance as best as possible. Not my best PS work as my eyes are not in a good mood... The actual colours of the flowers and background are unchanged. I merely cloned out a little glare of a silver reflector that was used to bounce back some fading light and which distracted the eye from the lovely contrasting tones of the blues, purples and golds :)

Yes, I love the intensity of these coloured flowers! I have photographed them several times. Have had two bunches of them, after the first finally wilted and needed to be thrown out. They also come in different colours, but these are my favourites.
