The painting is coming along but I am not as pleased with it as I would have it... I did not want an exact copy of the photo... just a similarity in style and facial expression in particular as she lloks so lost and alone in an alien land... but not so that the model is entirely recognizable or in the exact same pose...Naturally for "pioneer" the background will be different etc etc.... well, that's the plan... lol.. fingers crossed!
