Szép arcvonások és a fejtartás is nagyon tetszik. A kép tónusa, összhatása pedig tényleg időutazást idéz elő.

Indeed you are very kind to me, Paola!
I have such a liking for grain, but generally do not create it in PS. I use very grainy films for effect when I want it. However, to me, this image was begging for the "olde worlde" treatment, so I did my best to create that mood.
Thank you again for your kind comments.
Warm Wishes, Aniko :)

I'm happy with either, Dear Shirley.
I guess that the abbreviation of my name (Ani) has come about mostly since no one (other than Hungarians) can pronounce my full name! :) Written, it's all good... so you choose. I answer happily to both! :)

Amazing composition, lighting and tones, Aniko! At first glance, I've found the grain rather heavy but, after a deeper look, I think that fits very well and contributes to a really moody ambience. Warm regards Paolo P.S. You have a beautiful , classy portfolio; congratulations!

Heartfelt Thanks, Jan!
You are very kind. It always interests me to see the interpretations people put onto art (all forms). It makes me think about my own work. When I made this image, I did not think of the model as being sad in particular. I had not asked her to do anything other than look down, but not to smile. The "feeling" is her own. I later saw the potential to create the *olde world* appearance, as I am a romantic and love actual paintings like this :)
Warm Thanks again! Aniko :)

I think you succeeded so well in achieving the effect. She does not look sad to me but rather looks pensive. So well done. --Jan

I'm so pleased this image has "worked" in the way I intended, Onie...Yes I agree totally re sepia and B&W. I have a great passion for them as indeed they do "fire" the viewer's senses....
Your kind comments are greatly appreciated.
All the best, Ani :)

Love the effect Aniko...
A very real feeling of an *Old Masters* painting...:) The grain certainly gives a canvas & oil feel with sepia adding that long ago age...
Sepia and B&W are so very emotive, they leave the viewer to use all senses to complete the visual...
Onie..

Hello Rob!
Yes the very large artificial grain took me quite some time to "perfect" in order to make this image appear more like a painting than a photograph.
Does it matter what season it is for one to be sad? Anyway, she's only acting! :)
Warm Wishes (from a very cold part of my country) Aniko :)

Stunning portrait, Aniko!
Very beautiful colors, tones, light and of course grain.
I like the position you selected to take this shot, and the compenetration from the model is good.
Good good (as always, LOL)!
Best wishes, Renato

Fabulous Ani!!! Looks like she should be painted on a dressing screen in a budoir somewhere, love it. The perfect treatment for this great pose and model, R

Very large artificial grain. She looks sad, while it is spring in your country
