About	I like this shot, although it was a fast grab. Light was low, hence not the greatest depth of field, owing to need for a fast shutter speed. They wouldn't stop moving! LOL! There is another image I have in UF of "Diamond" who is mother to Divinity, (who is the mother of Destiny, the pup in this image). Boy, that sounded confusing. I hope you understand my meaning. Rhodesian Ridgebacks... and the line continues. How glorious they are! :) You might like to take a look at the image of "Diamond", the grandmother of little Destiny. :)

Aniko: Even with a "quick grab", you do so well. What great composition. You couldn't have done better had you posed them. I love these photos of your ridgebacks, it brings so many memories of my Dane/Ridgeback back to me.

Thanks so much Michele. We only ever keep females as we do like to breed our Ridgebacks, and there is nothing more wonderful than watching the puppies grow! :) It's often difficult to "let them go" once they have reached that time to leave home and on to a new one stage. But we generally have large litters and can you imagine how many "pets" we would have if we kept them all! :) Gosh!

Have had generations from this line. Fabulous temperaments. My favourite was the great grandmother of the pup in this shot. Sadly missed... sigh... But will not let the line end as long as I'm alive! :)

Fantastic quick and candid shot. The girls are so beautiful. Notice that young daughter has not developed all of her wrinkles yet so she does not quite have the character of Mom.

..a good picture isn't always a matter of perfect lights, perfect dof, perfect colors,...the subject makes the difference. Here's the subject keep forget any minor defects.
