Hi Lara~
Thank you so much. I like the effect too :)
These images that are shot in camera with no post processing are exciting for me to create. I'm glad you see the art in what I do :)
All the very best, Aniko :)

Oh Jackie! Aren't poppies just delightful???
Thank you for your kind comments on my image. And, no, it is not glass in the background. :) But it is most definitely a reflective surface. I hunt out all manner of reflective "thingsos" with which to "play". One can get so many amazing effects with different types and textures etc. It's all FUN!
Warmest Wishes, Aniko :)

Aniko this is wonderful. I love poppys, in fact they were the 1st subjects of the start of my exploration in macro photos of flowers and my favorite shot from that 1st attempt was of a bud just opening. I really like the reflections you have on the glass (?) behind them. Beautiful!

Many thanks Ian. I am a painter and therefore I guess I can't help painterly "feel" in my photographs. Your kind comments are much appreciated.
Warm Wishes Aniko :)

Great idea! Great shapes and curves but also the sense of impressionist painting in your back drop.

Thank you very much my friend, Rashed!
I go through stages of photographing certain flowers (and other subjects) and have a whole series of poppy shots in particular. i just love them, from the bud stage right though to open blossom!
Warm Wishes, Aniko :)
