Thank you Paul, for the idea! It looks very interesting indeed! Was it a PS filter? How did you achieve that?
My thoughts were at the rather "wet" of things. Imagine something like a really strong rain, lining a layer of water attached to the front of the lens. Your idea looks quite close, but rather "dry"!
I thinkm I'll try that again, but with less defocusing and a narrower apperture, in order to have more DoF. Let's see.

Just tried to get the rainy feeling through slight defocusing, which seems to not work very well. But how to get that "unclear sight" while it is raining? Any ideas, anybody?
