About Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom, 0.6ND grad, F22 at 2 sec, Velvia.

A lovely pink sunrise bathes the shapely arch of Bowfiddle off the sea cliffs of Portknockie a favourite haunt of mine. Although sunrise can be excruciatingly early it does allow the light to flood in semi silhouetting the rock and reflecting gorgeous light off the turbulent Moray Firth.

beautiful colour. i didn't believe this color was possible in nature until i forced myself to get up at dark on a recent trip. i'm just processing my pix now - incredible. it does pay to get up early. cheers, slava.
