About	I have been hanging out at various ranches for the last few weeks getting a little taste of the cowboy within. I went on a horse buying trip with a ranch owner looking at wild unbroken horses. What I thought was interesting from a novice perspective and a artist eye was opposite from what the horse buyer was interested in. I was looking for the odd looking one and the buyer was looking for the perfect one.....ha-ha. This mare and foal were taken while on a trip to a horse breading farm. I just loved the expression of the movement and feeling of this image. All these horses were unbroken wandering wild through the huge fields of Saskatchewan. It was called "flea Bitten" because of the spotted grey coloring....not because of fleas.
