This is a different, yet interesting appraoch to a landscape Danny. First of all I like the composition and colour of the foreground - A beautiful landscape on its own. Please allow me to give my opinion on the rest: I'm guessing but the sky seems to be imported and the lighting of the sky and the foreground does not seem to match in terms of direction of the sun. I also think the contrast between sky (B&W) and land is too great and gives the immediate impression of two different images. By perhaps decreasing the saturation of the foreground to more subdued earthy colours would work better.
In spite of my remarks above, I think it is a very interesting concept and one which you should pursue and i'm sure which you will perfect. Thanks for sharing and for the stimulation of the mind and creative spirit. Regards.
