Emergence is a wonderful image. The depth of field is very good. I like how the front flower is emerging and the second one hasnt yet. Its as if it is looking towards it and following its lead.
The purple colour is absolutely brilliant and the white on the inside of the front flower contrasts with high excellence.
Hopefully you will get more time to upload alot more images as this one is great.
Well done on a truely magnificent picture.

Dear Ashley,
Very good composition and a good example of Depth of Field use. Probably the flower in the foreground is not as clear as it could have been, but the colour and the lighting is very pleasing.
A small criticism would be the light area in the top right corner which tends to take the eye away from the subject.

Nice composition of this shot. The lighting seems natural. I like that the two flowers seem to give the shot a sequential feel. A little more focus on the inner parts of the flower may make this more "dramatic".
