Hi Dan, very suggestive photo, and one with a great feel and tension. The fish-eye distortion creates a very powerful suggestive feel about this photo, yet the hint of the woman is much, much stronger. Very good approach, and a great shot!
I only think the photo suffers a bit from a lack of details in the dark parts, and, more importantly, from a somewhat limited tonal range; a bit more brightness might've changed the gloomy feel, but I think that only would do justice to the subject. That's obviously a subjective statement on my part, and as I'm unaware of what you have in mind, it may well be the opposite of your intentions....
