About	This is the fourth and last image of a (4) four part sequence from Icer Air 2005. 200 tons of snow were brought into downtown San Francisco for a snowboarding & skiing competition on otherwise dry but very steep city streets. This is one of the few sequence shots that I have that shows the rider's launch, airborne acrobatics and landing. Previously submitted images from this sequence can be found in my portfolio. Nice shot of this guy, Jim! I like the way you "froze" the snow being kicked up, as well as the 'boarders action. Seems strange to see all that snow with green trees and ocean in the background!
Thanks for your comment on my snowboarding shot, I agree with your observation about the kids in the background.
