i wish people would explain when they rate so low, as they should explain with any rating.
anyway, i think this image would be stronger if it had more depth to it...the forground isn't really seperated from the background. the image is quite busy with all the different colors, shapes, and movements. i DO love seeing water movement on film though:). if this is a place easily accessible to you, you ought to go back there and just try a bunch of different compositions, see what you like the most. a few steps closer and a wider lens may prove to give some good results.
