About We visited Curacao two years ago and it's a beautiful island. The mix of Dutch and local cultures make it very special and it hasn't been discovered as the beautiful island it is yet by developers. This is the main street in the capital, with beautifully colored Dutch style houses.

Thanks, Marc. I really appreciate your comments, as I admire your photography. I have a more advanced camera now and have been learning a lot from these critique sites. I hope to go back to Curacao some day and take a better picture. It's a wonderful island!

Fresh colors here Petra, but nothing really fancy to me as far as the subject goes, and I wish you had - if you could - walk further to avoid the jetty. This subject calls for a panoramic cropping by the way, and the shot could be sharper. Average to me. Regards.

It's weird, because a lot of my pictures are way sharper on my computer, but lose their sharpness when uploaded here. I know some others have mentioned that about their pictures and Altaf wrote it was because of the downsizing or something. It hasn't changed for me though :(.

It's a great place to visit isn't it?
I've almost the same picture, only sharper :) (Could be from the resizing.) and without the clouds.
