This image has potential that hasn't been realized as presented here. John is right the horizon definitely needs to be leveled. Cropping some from both the top as John suggested and perhaps form the bottom as well to make this into a horizontal pano would help the composition.

Hey James, I feel a strong tilt to the right on this shot. In terms of perspective, the sky adds very little and there is a ton of potential in the ice in the foreground. Did you try a shot angled down, vertical format leading the the sign in the background? I think if you tried that, you would walk away with a very dynamic composition. I think I have actually been at a place resembling this, is this facing Lake Huron? Thanks, JB

the cracked ice probably has nice lines and textures...have you tried a close-up of just that area?
