I know part of this being so vivid in color is your polarizing filter right? I just acquired one, but haven't been able to shoot anything yet.
Didn't you say awhile back that you leave it on the camera most of the time? Think I recall that.
Good luck on your "tour", sounds like fun and quite a trip!! Look forward to seeing some of the results!! :-))
