In the weird and wacky world also known as my imagination, I can see this flower jumping up and down, waving towards passers by, wanting to be picked. Being picked would be the ultimate goal for any flower and for this example, there's no exception. Would you pick this flower?
A very bright, happy-seeming flower...that long stem indeed does make one yearn to snap it...could be the influence of our possible descent from lawnmowers (as detailed at http://www.usefilm.com/image/929322.html), or should that be having lawnmowers as a common ancestor, though I wouldn't like to hear that happy flower scream. To be serious for a moment, the focus you've achieved is exceptional, one can see each hair on that stem and the buds, and almost feel the smoothness of the greenery around it. Nice colours too. Good work!
